My Hot Mess

Hello,

I've decided to start a blog. Weird I know, but I've become inspired since my life has been going through so many changes, and to be honest its sorta freaking me out! That's why I decided to name my blog "Jean's Hot Mess." Reason being I'm confident of my self, and hotness, but I'm still a mess at the same time. If you know me, you know what I mean :)

I never would have though I would be in the situations that I'm in at this time in my life. I feel like I have a job of a 35 yr old, and  a well educated person. I do have some education, but an AA is not a huge accomplishment on my list, considering my very competitive co-work is well into his 40s and has way more education than me. I'm working on the school thing. it looks like I will finally have my BA in 2015 from Cal State East Bay. Seems so far away, but I know its what I need to do to make myself more valuable in the job market.

My personal life is even crazier right now. I'm 18 weeks pregnant as of now, and I still am getting sick every morning... My doctor tells me " Oh that means your baby is really Healthy" I'm thinking... whatever, I'm sick and it sucks....  I have not gained any weight, but again my doc is telling me that is probably from eating better, and the fact I'm not tossing back a few anymore.  I'm just waiting for that "magical bliss" that people talk about when they are pregnant. Where is it, because I'm not a happy camper....

Eddie and I also moved into a nice 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. Eddie purchased a cherry wood changing table, and matching blanket box, that i love. So I'm looking forward to getting my nursery together in time for the baby.

I'm happy that I get to be around some good friends, and family this weekend, because I need it! Moving was tough, but we did it, and we are both very relieved to be in a much better living situation.

I'll keep up with the blog, and keep you all posted on the exciting upcoming events in my life, because I'm honestly feeling like a hot mess!!!!
